"Good holiday spoilt by a vehicle that was not suitable for the job."

These travellers had a few issues with their hired car and we have since resolved the matter with the car hire company. As a gesture of goodwill the car hire company has also made amends and the matter had been resolved.

"Very helpful, the manager did all he could to make our stay enjoyable. I said we didn't have a very good view from our room and they moved us immediately to a room with an excellent view.
