"We loved Camps Bay but had a few niggles with the hotel, invariably we would not have sufficient towels, we might get 2 hand towels and not bath towels. Very annoyingly the swimming pool was not heated as stated in their brochure. The first rooms allocated were next to the Traders Bar where a large group of people were partying, really noisy, we asked to be moved. Our next rooms were also noisy as the maids' cupboards were directly outside, woken at 7am every morning. Wi Fi did not work in room? TV very poor reception.

We were very happy with the Manager and staff who were always helpful, our niggles did not stop us having a fabulous time there, our last evening was superb at their sister hotel."
