Would very happily recommend Expert Africa and take their advice.
Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
Continue with rigorous monitoring and gathering feedback, continue to trust professional, experience based, judgements."

Ras Kutani, Tanzania (this camp has since closed)
"A great start"

Jongomero Camp
"Amazing location"
Outstanding guide, Frank, who made every effort to interact with us and respond accordingly.
Brian was an excellent host very aware of the characteristics and demands of his guests.
He also clearly had a very good knowledge of the wildlife, not simply the 'big' mammals."

Siwandu
"Fortunate with the weather!"
Emil's long experience and local knowledge is a great strength and Claire is an excellent people person.
Clear evidence of concern for guests safety in terms of after dark escorts, also true at Jongomero.
Guide, Holle, made every effort to locate species which had dispersed rather more than usual due to the early rains.
Holle, an excellent driver in difficult conditions, has a very good knowledge of the animals in terms of their behaviour,
Appeared at times rather less confident in identifying birds but always willing to follow up, may well have been hampered by a lack of binoculars.
Bird section of the species list poorly arranged would strongly recommend modelling a revision on the Jongomero leaflet ie group 'types' together ie all beeeaters, egrets, eagles etc .
Overall current booklet does not do credit to an excellent operation.
Boat safari marred by fumes from engine."
Waited rather too long (1.5 hours) for suite to be ready, guests arriving after us went directly to their accommodation, no information in the interim.
Other than above we were looked after very well in terms of suite, restaurant and beach facilities.
Very pleased we began the trip with this 3 night introduction we don't think RK suitable for more than a 3 night stay due to its relative isolation.
We particularly liked the self service meals."
