"All transfers and flights worked like clockwork. Very impressed with Expert Africa's arrangements from start to finish. Full information given at all times and really good advice.
We love Kwando camps in particular although the best game viewing was at Sandibe. Saskia Adye was superb in helping us plan our trip and Maruska took over the reins very efficiently in the final stages.
We would certainly recommend expert Africa to anybody."

"Staff are wonderful. Charles and Maepelo in particular. Game was disappointing. Food was excellent.
It is probably still our favourite camp."

Lagoon Camp

"We love the long dining tables at Lagoon and Lebala and we made friends with other guests from different countries which added to our holiday fun. Food was often cold as burners went out and this was not noticed. Management not so good.
We had to wait 2 hours on arrival before our tent was ready and this was mismanaged as the vacating guests should have been given a set time to vacate rooms. Otherwise all was fine.
We loved Carlos playing guitar and singing round the campfire at night."

The Elephant Camp

"Camp too far out of town and transfers sometimes unreliable. We had to wait 55 minutes for a return to camp.
Food was poor generally, very disappointing dinners although lunches were good. We enjoyed the time to rest and swimming pool was the highlight for me. Very little game to see from the camp perhaps due to the time of year.
Scott and Bernie were friendly and helpful. Saw very little of manager Jonathan, staff not as good as in Botswana."

Feedback response
Elephant Camp apologised for the issues these guests encountered during their stay. They informed us that three resident guides have now been employed at the Camp in order to offer guests activities in the surrounding area. They hope this will offer a more personalised service and will omit any delays in waiting for transfers made by third party operators, such as the delay experienced by these guests. The camp was disappointed to receive the feedback on their food standards, and they are working on ensuring this is improved for future guests.
Lodge was well managed by Skipper, meals were good and the room was comfortable. The lodge will close at end of 2013 for complete refurb so obviously some parts are looking a bit tired. Interesting to see the new camp."
