"A very good first stop for one night. We were going into Windhoek for a meal but felt tired after the flight so had dinner at Galton House.

We were pleased we did as the meal was excellent and very reasonable."

"Wonderful situation and ambiance. Service in the restaurant was a little patchy. Excursions were very interesting and finding the Elephants a highlight. Excellent dramatic scenery. We spent 3 nights here - 2 would have been enough."

"Excellent camp with wonderful staff.

We found a Rhino quite quickly and thoroughly enjoyed watching it from the dried river bank. This left the rest of the full day a little anti-climatic. Two nights were enough here we thought although we were looked after royally."

"Ongava was very dry and game was hard to come by. That said we saw several lions and had a fantastic hour in the hide by the water hole. We saw 6 Black Rhino including 2 mothers and calves very close by plus 3 lions just outside the hide door!

Etosha is a bit of a culture shock as we shared our game viewing with 2 large buses and some quite noisy self drivers. We only went into Etosha park once which we felt was enough for us.

Little Ongava is amazingly luxurious but rather characterless we felt. Again 2 nights is enough."

"This place is amazing. It really is in the middle of nowhere and the setting is sensational.

Everything we did here was exciting from the scenic drive where we found a horned adder, to the quad biking which was fantastic. Who would think that quads would go up and down sand dunes as they did. This was the camp where we felt we would spend more time very happily.

The camp is so beatifully positioned and well run that time goes too quickly. It is very expensive and we ended up there courtesy of Wilderness Safari's generosity. We were unable to go to their Skeleton Coast camp as it did not open on time so happily accepted an upgrade to Serra Cafema. We were so glad we did."
