We did really enjoy our holiday but we should have had a beach break at the end, but that was our decision.

"This camp was the best we visited.
The staff couldn’t do enough for you. I arrived with an upset stomach and they were very concerned offering to contact a doctor.
They catered a special meal and kept checking I was ok. I was fine following day.
Beautiful location. We fished went on boat excursions and guiding excellent.
Very well managed."

"Very disappointed. Relief managers had no enthusiasm and did bare minimum as did staff.
Our guide was a relief guide who did bare minimum and we were constantly told how many minutes we were allowed before excursions!
The camp was not as clean or inviting like other camps. Room was huge and beautiful view. However the shower head needed repair, and a chair and lightbulbs needed replacing. This was sorted when pointed out but not immediately. General manager and assistant appeared second day to entertain perspective travel agents.
The camp was run very differently in her presence. It was my birthday also and they did make a fuss with beautiful cake and gift. The camp changed on her departure. We pointed this out to Kwando representative at Maun airport.
Very disappointed."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Game viewing excellent went on some superb walks up to 5hours. Tree House was a good experience. We enjoyed our second visit and the 6 nights gave us flexibility to chill out by the pool and watch the game from there. Staff cant do enough for you.We had dinner at the new Bailys Banda and that really has the wow factor"

"Our last two visits have been very memorable when hosted by Maretha. So our expectatations were high for our third visit but on arrival we were asked if we had been before!
The service wasnot as slick as it should have been, considering we were the only guests. We did not feel comfortable"

Swimming pool and area excellent for relaxing as rooms were very hot ."
