"Our favourite camp of those visited. Great location, great game viewings and a lovely room on a quiet camp.
Guiding was excellent and the staff were welcoming and very capable.

"An amazing design for a lodge. Great viewings with an outstanding guide and tracker.
Beautiful location and great room. Some delightful extras such as a bottle of champagne in the bush at sundown to celebrate our anniversary.
Our only reservation was that the GM (white South African) seemed to be out of touch with guests-did he feel we were there for his benefit?"

"A great base for gorilla trekking--and some great viewing. A unique and unforgettable experience. Both the lodge and the trekking were well organised. Facilities at the lodge were good.
However, we felt that the Lodge was in need of a make-over in the near future if it is to continue to command a premium price. It looked a bit tired."
