My Jun 2013 trip
Namibia between 27 Jun 2013 and 13 Jul 2013
On reflection we wouldn't have done as much driving, some of it was tedious and although there isn't much traffic driving on the gravel roads was quite tiring. Having said this it was our choice and we wouldn't have seen as much as we did without the driving"

Mowani Mountain Camp
"Mowani Mountain Camp review"
We felt that the camp lacked positive management which reflected on the service in the dining room. When taking the bags to the room one of our bags was damaged due to lack of care."

Hoodia Desert Lodge
"Hoodia Desert Lodge review"
We decided to take the trip to Sossusvlei to save us driving and we were very pleased that we did. The guide was very knowledgeable and the lunch overlooking the dunes was an experience we wouldn't have missed. The trip was unhurried and the driving excellent."

Zebra River Lodge
"Zebra River Lodge review"
We went on a guided walk , unfortunately the walk was too much and the guide was unaware of our capabilities. We think the guide had recently been trained and he did not tailor the pace to suit ( Matthew kept up with him but w were unable to do so). We feel he could do with more training."

Olive Grove
"Olive Grove review"
It suited us for the night before we flew home."
We went on one guided walk which we enjoyed and it was tailored to suit our ability. We attempted a walk on our own but the terrain was difficult and it was too hot."
