"Very good. People friendly, service excellent on the whole.
Lots of memories of amazing places and events such as picnic on trip to Dunes from Hoodia Lodge. White napkins and chilled wine
Glad we did it. The roads were much better than we expected and the friendliness of the people who looked after us was really lovely. The trip from Hoodia Lodge to the dunes was outstanding and the yummy picnic under a tree with white wine and napkins will be talked about for a long time.
Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
Maybe suggest a different place in Swakopmund."

"The room was ok but there was no welcome basket of fruit nor any the next day either. Couldn't open the rather dirty blinds so had to have the light on all the time.

"Another amazing location. Much better than I had expected after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor.
Bob was poorly one night so I ate on my own and the staff were really considerate. Some meals much better than others."
