We're sorry to hear these traveller's return transfer did not go smoothly. This was organised separately, not through Pongwe. We followed up with the transfer company who apologised profusely - the car on the way to collect these traveller’s had a break-down en-route and was delayed reaching Pongwe. In the meantime Pongwe quickly helped arrange an alternative taxi to the airport for these travellers to make sure they had a smooth connection to Dar es Salaam.
