An awesome trip!
Botswana and 1 other country between 30 May 2011 and 11 Jun 2011
I much appreciated Lucy, she was always quick to respond and answer questions.
Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
Not really, I was extremely satisfied with everything and we wouldn't hesitate to work with you again.
Perhaps one small thing, it would have been more convenient if you offered travel insurance for residents of countries outside of the UK. Since we live in France and the US, it took us alot of time to look at the different providers in each country and eventually purchase the insurance."

Only positive things to say."

Selinda Camp
"Selinda Camp review"
Staff was great overall with one important exception - we were not thrilled with our guide. Although we saw a ton of wildlife, our guide often seemed elsewhere and was not very interested in interacting.
Great food and we enjoyed very much the manager and his wife who have all kinds of ideas to entertain the guests when not out on game drives. Other than the guide though, this camp is fantastic."

Sandibe Safari Lodge
"Sandibe Safari Lodge review"
The food is great, rooms were very comfortable. But the most important - the quantity and variety of wildlife we saw here blew us away. Every game drive had exciting moments and one day we saw every possible animal you can see outside of a unicorn. Also, the terrain you drive through is extremely varied, more than any other.
Overall, everything clicked at this place and you get the impression that it is very well run."

Little details at the camp need relooking at but added up they give you the impression that more attention needs to be given - bath towels are tiny (smaller than the ones I get everyday at my gym), on cold nights - and we got down to freezing one night - blankets could be placed on the very cold dinner chairs, no locks inside the tents (only camp without them), instant coffee one of the three mornings (never saw this anywhere else), etc.
On the positive side, the water activities are great (especially mokoro trip) and add a dimension not available elsewhere."
