A very successful holiday
South Africa between 6 Sep 2007 and 1 Oct 2007
We were able to see the wild flowers and go walking and so we are very satisfied. Our friends, Pat and Ian Acton did all the liaison with you at Expert Africa and so we cannot comment on your overall service."

Ndedema Lodge
"A great B and B in Clanwilliam"
Mountain View Guest House
"A good B and B high above the town"
Our room was excellent with views over the local countryside but others in our group were not as lucky."
Farmhouse Hotel
"A superb hotel on the edge of the town."
Our room was excellent with an excellent view over the lagoon. The dinners and breakfasts were also excellent with plenty of choice.
We were able to go on an excellent walk in the Postberg section of the West Coast National Park which was wonderful for flowers and animals."
Karoo National Park (Not currently featured by Expert Africa)
"Excellent accommodation in Karoo NP"
We were able to go walking from the chalet on the escarpment which gave excellent views over the surrounding countryside. We had a drive in our car round the park in the afternoon and were able to see several wild animals and the organised night time drive was excellent."

"Honeymoons at our age!"
The views from the chalets were superb. It was about 15 min walk to the restaurant which was worrying as the weather was changeable. The food and service in the restaurant was good but not as good as Karoo and Addo."
Old Mill Lodge, South Africa (this camp has since closed)
"Lovely accommodation in an interesting town"
We ate at the restaurant where the food was good and the service was generally O.K. The Drostdy museum complex was well worth the visit."

"Superb accommodation on the cliffs"
Our room was excellent with a wonderful view.
The establishment was very well run and the staff were friendly. Our breakfasts were excellent and well served."
Afton Grove (Not currently featured by Expert Africa)
"An excellent retreat outside Cape Town"
The rooms were good but there were only views of the garden. The food was excellent and as there was a birdwatching group in at the same time, we were able to have dinner in the accommodation."

The breakfasts were excellent, a fruit plate followed by a full cooked breakfast.
When we wanted an early start to go walking to the Wolfberg Crack in the Cederberg, we were given an excellent packed breakfast and packed lunch at no extra charge.
As it was the flower season, the local restaurants were very busy, Wilma made provisional bookings for us at the best restaurants in Clan William for each evening of our stay before we arrived."
