"Running out of superlatives - we simply loved our trip, every single minute of it. We were a bit apprehensive at travelling after getting out of the way of it over the last three years. However, everything went so well, we'll be back for more soon, we hope.
All the arrangements went so well, from our arrival at Windhoek airport to the return two weeks later. We absolutely loved the Namibian people, who couldn't be nicer, at everywhere we went.
The land, the landscapes, the variety of animals, the food, the accommodation - we've never had better.
Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:

"Very friendly welcome from owner/manager.
Lovely room in a purpose built facility on a working farm.
Food very good - good wholesome food cooked to perfection.
Helpful advice and we managed two of the recommended hikes."

"An amazing place. Middle of desert, but first class, five star experience.
Staff went way out of the normal to entertain us and make our stay memorable. Liselle and James (manager) superb, but others, whose names I have not remembered, equally worthy of praise.
Game drives with Geraldo, and drive/climb up 'Big Daddy' at Soussvlei, fantastic - and then the sundowners!
Slept twice under the stars!"

"Very good B and B - possibly a little 'tired' - not as stylish as some of the other stopovers, but clean, spacious and comfortable room.
Excellent breakfast.

"Particularly lucky that for one day we were the only guests (same at Kulala).
Wonderful attention from staff - LLewellyn, Richard, and others. Special candlelit barbecue in hills behind camp unbelievable.
Game drive excellent. Room excellent.
Who knew that desert landscape could be so interesting?"

"Very much a 'bling' camp: everything built with a view to impress. So, huge, beautifully presented room.
Public rooms spacious, strong design dimension - everything thought through to impress - and it did.
Walk with Herman in morning was excellent. Food very good.
Sitting watching rhino at the waterhole while we ate was memorable.
One downside - wi-fi no good, even causing problems with everyone's payments.
Good wi-fi just up the road at Etosha."

"A refreshingly 'old-fashioned' camp - animal skins on floor, prints on walls, dark wood with white walls.
Beautiful eating areas, outside and inside. Good curio shop. Lovely 'lodge': spacious, well equipped and private (not huddled together).
Really liked this place - it didn't try to impress, but the quality was evident in all that it had to offer."

"A bit of a drive to get to this - on poor roads, but worth it. Lovely setting, on hill overlooking mile after mile of veldt.
Towering rocks above. V good room, though not so stunning as others. Public areas beautiful.
Food outstanding (cannot understand how they manage to present such amazing food in such remote areas - throughout trip).
Much busier than other camps, but that wasn't a problem as staff dealt with everyone's needs v competently.
Sundowner climb to point well above camp was excellent.
Game drive v good and visit to rock paintings v interesting (we found more on a private walk not far from camp)."
