"First of all, many thanks for your help and all the arrangements you made for us. We would be happy to recommend you to anyone interested. For a photographer it was an extraordinary experience, I will be processing images for some time.

Altogether, our trip was wonderful - so much so that we are beginning to think of a repeat (if possible), perhaps in 2009. We would seek your advice sooner , we were told that a year ahaead is reasonable. We really liked L. Vumbura and the Kwando camps (thanks for suggesting them).

"We enjoyed the trip.

Unfortunately wild dog were not seen at either park, but they appear to have been seen very rarely.

Forgot to say at Impala the laundry was part of the service. Had to pay for it at Mdonya.

"Our expectations of this trip were understandably high but the reality was far higher. We had spent time deciding which places we considered were special to us and Sabina [Ed: at Expert Africa] had incorporated them into our itinerary. She gave us several alternative accommodations for each location and we chose places as different from one another as possible. This meant that every stopover had it's own character and there was never any danger of us becoming complacent with our surroundings!

"Our trip to Namibia exceeded all our expectations. We knew it would be good but were bowled over by the scenery, the people, the animals and the whole experience. Although the country is wild and barren in parts - it's beautiful and rich in so many ways. The people are friendly and we felt safe and comfortable - we even picked up hitchhikers!

If you can, take the Skeleton Coast tour - it's an amazing, beautiful and remote part of the country.

We hope to return one day to explore the bits we missed and return to some parts in more detail. Naturally we'll be asking Expert Africa to make the arrangements, they were great and when we were in Namibia it was clear they had taken everything into consideration to ensure our trip went smoothly and was as easy as possible." "Difficult to imagine how this trip could be bettered. Before we went we had met very few people who had been to Zambia but all those we had met had raved about it, now we are inclined to think they may have been under-selling it! Our sole concern is that we struggle to see how any future Africa trip can begin to compare.

We know that we were unusually lucky but to see 7 leopards including a courting couple and three on kills one of which in broad daylight exceeded our wildest dreams.

In addition, we had some wonderful sightings of a great variety of mammals and birds and the benefit of the deep love and understanding of the bush imparted by our excellent guides. We hope to return as soon as we are able." Read full review: 22 nights in Africa; 13 on a Zambia safari
