"We were given the best lodge - with 2 showers and an enormous bed. The food was superb and the guides excellent. The microlite flight was most interesting and unique to Tafika. The only downside for us was that the lamplight safaris went on too long and there was little to see.

The visit to the local village and school was much appreciated. It would be good to have other optional activities for people staying more than a couple of nights - we stayed for four."

"A magnificent and picturesque site and the icing on the cake was to be upgraded to a suite. There was loads to do, canoeing, fishing and trips up the Zambezi as well as the game drives.

The food was excellent and the staff most helpful and obliging."

"First impressions were something of a shock - brightly coloured buildings and loads of people after the remoteness of the safari camps - but the position, so close to the Victoria Falls, was excellent. The food, accomodation and staff were good.

We complained about the lights on the stairs to the rooms, many of which were not working, and it was hazardous to use the stairs at night."
