"Lovely spacious, clean rooms with beautiful views (we had a sea view room), close to the beach.

Food was good, lots of fresh fish and delicious vegetables and good sized portions so you didn't feel too full!

Beach was lovely as was the pool and communal area.

Service was very attentive, at times we felt a few too many staff would come and ask how are day had been/what we wanted to do tomorrow etc,. some evenings we had the same conversation with about 8 different staff members, perhaps they could ensure only 1 or 2 people do this?

Massage each day was AMAZING!

Really lovely activities, particularly sunset cruise and sand bar. We didn't dive as this was rather expensive and I had lost my PADI certificate so would have had to spend lots on doing a refresher dive, but we heard from others that the diving was fantastic."

"Really lovely rooms, not over the top or fancy but they gave you everything you needed.

Extremely well run by Ken the camp manager and everything worked like clockwork, seamlessly. We never had to ask for anything and the little touches (like hot water bottles on your car seat on cold mornings) were wonderful.

The food was good, best breakfasts we had were here, and lunch and dinner were lovely.

The game viewing was excellent, we saw so much and with our fantastic guide, Joe, we learnt so much.

We wished we could have had another night!"

"Much more luxurious than our previous camp, the rooms were amazing, hardly felt like you were in a tent! We had everything we could possibly want including wonderful views down the river. Again all our needs were met, hot water bottles, tetse fly swats, burning elephant dung to ward off flies! They had thought of everything.

The food was quite exceptional, we were seriously impressed with it, the chef is a genius!

Lovely pool where we were able to watch elephants and baboons on the opposite bank!

The guiding was good, but not excellent, our guide was very knowledgeable but sometimes seemed reluctant to give us more information about something we had seen. That said, we had some fantastic game drives, it is extraordinarily beautiful around Jongomero and the feeling that you are so far from anyone else and not seeing a single other car was really special.

"The rooms here are excellent, permanent bandas rathe than tents, we loved being able to keep the front open. The bathrooms are fabulous and the views down the valley beautiful.

Food was good and there was lots of it! We enjoyed the communal eating in the evenings, but would have preferred not to have to do this at lunch as well - there were some rather excruciating moments! (I am happy to discuss this further if you would like).

The guiding was excellent with every person we had and on every activity we did; walks, boating, drives, tree house we could to fault the guides and we enjoyed having a variety of different guides as we got different perspectives each time.

We had some wonderful drives and saw so many fabulous animals and sites. The sun downers were a particular highlight!"

"We loved our stay in the tree house, it was truly special and something we will remember for the rest of our lives as a real highlight of our trip.

We had a great walk down to the tree house and were so surprised to find it was so luxurious! Hot water?! A flushing loo?! Amazing.

The bbq was really delicious and it was lovely to have some time eating dinner alone! We loved the game walk the next morning followed by smoke salmon and poached eggs!!! I mean words can't really explain!

Such a great experience I would recommend everyone does it (also I think more nervous travellers can have the option to drive rather than walk if they want but this wasn't mentioned to us, not that we would have wanted to drive there, but might be worth mentioning to others!)"
