I think the thing I really liked about dealing with Liz in particular was because she has first hand knowledge of the areas we were visiting and I understand that is the case with all the staff at Expert Africa who have their own areas of expertise. I also really liked the gift of the Bradt guide that was sent to us on confirmation of our booking - a nice touch.

"Tanzania and Mozambique 2013"
We were impressed with all our accommodation and are amazed with how such luxury is provided in the wilds of Africa. We did find that Mosiguard improved our tsetse fly experience. All the vehicles we used were comfortable. We can recommend a southern Tanzanian safari for the game we saw (everything bar rhino and wild dog), and the beautiful scenery and lovely people. "Our August 2013 trip"
This is the third time we have used Expert Africa and we would use them again, as well as recommend to others. The quality of service is excellent, as well as the attention to detail, and the efficient dealing with last minute hiccups. Ellie Dunkels created a plan B for our departure inc ase we couldn't get through Nairobi Airport, which had been decimated by fire, and rearranged, at no extra cost, our flights back when LAM cancelled our flight. "My Aug 2013 trip"
The safari was definitely the highlight of the whole trip - an absolutely amazing experience, where we could see the animals very close up. The Selous Park was great - not as busy as many other safari parks. I would definitely recommend the Impala Camp to any other travellers.
Zanzibar Island was a good relaxing time after the early mornings during the safari. Pongwe Beach is a beautiful hotel with delicious food, although the service could be improved a little.
